Airports
The Bay Area has several major airports. We recommend SFO, but OAK is also easily accessible to the city!
1. San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
Location: 13 miles south of downtown San Francisco. (~30-35 mins to SF and the closest airport to the city)
2. Oakland International Airport (OAK)
Location: approximately 20 miles from San Francisco (~40-50 mins from downtown SF)
3. San Jose International Airport (SJC)
**We don't recommend as this is quite far from the city!
Location: San Jose is about 45 to 50 miles. Could take 1 hour -1.5 hours to get to San Francisco.
